The C3 NYC Internship is a great opportunity to engage with the C3 NYC community at a deep level as you learn more about leadership in ministry.  Be stretched, challenged, and gain confidence in your leadership through powerful learning environments, mentorship from members of our staff team, and hands-on ministry experience. 

Internship Details:
The C3 NYC Internship is a part-time, unpaid program, designed to be flexible for those living and working in NYC. It involves coursework through C3 College, direct mentorship from our C3 Staff, weekly leadership teaching from Lead Pastors Josh & Georgie Kelsey and hands-on experience in a specific department. Each internship is project based and focused in one of the following departments:

  • Dinner Parties

  • Connection

  • Administration

  • Finance

  • Events

  • Merch

  • Crew (Facilities & Equipment)

  • Sons

  • Daughters

  • Kids

  • Youth

  • Film & Photo

  • Design

  • Worship

  • Production


Internship Requirements:

  • 1-2 days per week (8-16 hours) + Sundays. (Opportunity for full-time internships available in some departments)

  • Attend Dinner Party & Serve on Sunday Team

Spring Internship: January 7th - May 21st [Applications Open]
Summer Internship: June 11th - August 27th [Applications Open]
